About Us
Our story began with a love of good times, great friends, live music, and vintage design. That passion inspired us to transform a classic 1966 Airstream GlobeTrotter into a fully functional mobile bar, and STARBAR Miami was born.
After seeing the excitement our concept created, we expanded north to launch STARBAR New York, crafted from a 1967 Airstream GlobeTrotter, serving the heart of Long Island’s event scene. In 2023, we added STARBAR New Jersey, built from a beautiful 1959 Airstream Comet.
Today, our custom Airstream bar trailers, each with its own unique history, bring a show-stopping centerpiece to weddings, corporate events, and private parties across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, from Garden City and Oyster Bay to Patchogue and Montauk.

We set the stage with our vintage Airstream bars, featuring mirror-finished exteriors and rustic-chic interiors. Each mobile bar includes handcrafted wood counters, cozy photo-booth seating, party lighting, and stylish cocktail tables—perfect for photo ops and creating unforgettable moments.
The Sounds
Keep the vibes going with powerful Bluetooth speakers featuring outdoor bass boost and light shows. Play your own playlists or choose from our themed mixes. For larger gatherings, live music options are available.
